D’Arcy R. Clarie, Esquire
D’Arcy R. Clarie is board certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and has over 40 years of experience in counseling clients in Estate and Trust planning and administration. He is frequently appointed by the Court as an Administrator Ad Litem to resolve contested and complex Estate matters. He has been recognized as a Leading Florida Attorney in Trust and Estate Planning Law.
D’Arcy has served as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law in the specialty of Probate Litigation and has taught at St. Petersburg College, where he lectured in Philosophy and Moral Ethics. He is also a volunteer justice teacher with the Florida Bar, a Florida High School Soccer Referee, and a member of the Pinellas Soccer Officials Association.
