Whether drafting the appropriate documents for end of life planning or helping families with formation and protection, Peggy’s legal practice focuses on helping people prepare for life’s changes and challenges. She is Florida Bar Board Certified in Adoption Law.
She practices in the area of Wills, Estates and Trusts, including the preparation of advanced directives, Power of Attorneys, Health Care Surrogates, & Living Wills.
Her adoption practice and child advocacy work includes:
• non-relative, stepparent, & relative adoptions
• same-sex adoptions: second parent & stepparent
• contested adoptions, ICPC & grandparent representation
• foster parent representation
• birth parent representation
• court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for children in crisis.
Peggy is active in her community and enjoys the Florida outdoors. She participates in many sports including swimming, playing tennis and running half marathons. She finds much joy in spending a Sunday afternoon at the beach with her husband and their three children.
