Pet Trusts – Plan for who will take care of and pay for the care of your pet when you have passed away.

Pre-Marital and Post Marital Agreements and Elective Share Trust – Many times a second marriage, especially late in life, can result in the parties having adult children from prior relationships. Using a pre-marital or post marital agreements or Elective Share Trust, the distribution of your assets can be managed to reduce conflict and have your family harmoniously exist after your death.

Specialized Trust Drafting – To create vehicles that help protect the assets adult children inherit and to prevent creditors from benefiting from the legacy you have left those children.

Peggy is also trained in Collaborative Law. This is a specialized method of resolving disputes without the need for Court involvement.  The Collaborative process helps families reach harmony without the need for excessive litigation fees in a confidential setting.  Collaborative law may be used in multiple settings including Estate and Trust disputes and Family Law.
