We have now weathered two major hurricanes, Milton and Helene, both of which have impacted our area in devastating ways.
In response, we’ve set up a temporary remote office and are fully operational. Our new address is 5922 9th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL, and our team is together and ready to serve your legal needs.
We continue to meet with clients in various ways, including face-to-face at our temporary location, via Zoom, and by phone, as our landlord completes repairs to drywall and flooring at our South Pasadena office.

Hurricane Recovery and Your Legal Paperwork
After a disruptive storm, everyday paperwork can become difficult to find. Start by making a list of the legal matters that need attention. For example, note any scheduled appointments, documents awaiting signatures, and questions about an estate or trust. Then contact the office to confirm the next step for each item.
Keep copies of important correspondence together. In addition, record the dates of calls and the names of people who assist you. A simple folder or secure digital file can help you avoid repeating work while you manage repairs, temporary housing, and family responsibilities.
Preparing for a Hurricane Recovery Appointment
Before a meeting, explain whether you can attend in person or need another arrangement. Ask which documents to bring and how to send them securely. Also let the office know if a storm changed your mailing address or made an original document unavailable.
If you cannot find your will or trust, describe what you remember about the document and where you last stored it. An attorney can help you identify the questions that need review. Avoid assuming that a photocopy and an original serve the same purpose.
